Price Editing & Tipping Update

• Now you can adjust active deposit prices without cancelling & re-listing, just use the Update Listing Price or the Bulk Update Listing Prices endpoints.
• Price updates emit the existing item_update WebSocket event, with all the item’s details, including the new price.
• The Tipping endpoint no longer requires a 2FA code when using a valid API key.
