from where can I get the information of the id -> skin hashname mappings

the id I am referring to is the id that identifies a specific item type for example
★ Driver Gloves | Imperial Plaid (Field-Tested) have the id of 265193428

this id is shown in your listings response data but I cannot get listings response data for items that have no listings and I am trying to get past sales data and to receive sales data this id is required
