Hey!
I try access /api/v2/trading/item/{listing_id}/sales and don't get expected rate limit that written in docs.

I made some tests and got around ~0.64 RPS not like 2 RPS docs say.
So after 10 GET requests, I get rate limit.

Is this expected behavior? Something changed in rate limiting?
