Bid problem

The server is responding with This offer was already placed by someone else! (3) multiple times on almost every skin

I was trying to bid on M4A1-S | Printstream (Battle-Scarred) with id 299554086, the skin was sold for 274 and I wanted to bid hgher for 27674 (in coin cents) which is exactly 1 percent higher than the price it was sold, and I got this response

but as we can see this offer wasnt placed by someone else because it was sold for lower price,

and I face this problem on daily basis with almost every skin and the api just dont accept my bids
