Re-enable a paused buy order, whether you paused it or it was paused automatically.
Before the order is resumed, it is checked again against your balance, your exposure limit, and any trading restrictions on your account. If it still doesn't pass, the request is rejected and the order stays paused. Fix the cause first, for example by adding coins or lowering the price or quantity with Update Buy Order.
The total value of your open buy orders can be up to 10x your current balance.
